My item has shipped but it hasn't arrived, where is it?


We hate it when our Pop Filters don't arrive to you in the time frame we expect. There are a number of reasons this can happen and we will always do our best to get your Pop Filter moving again.

First all please submit a support ticket or email so we are aware of the problem. We can then look into the situation more and see where the hold up is happening. Occasionally we find that international shipping can be delayed when the item goes through customs. This is normal and whilst irritating, it is something that we have no control over. Your Pop Filter will normally be on its way to you again shortly though once it has cleared the customs hold.

If your item still hasn't arrived and you are located internationally, we recommend using the tracking number provided with your local postal service. This often shows more detail and can pinpoint where the delay is happening. It is also often easier for you to contact your postal service directly. Unfortunately because we are based in the UK, once your Pop Filter is out of the UK mail system and handed over to your local postal service it is very hard for us to make contact and fix this issue.
